Belongs to wikibooks. (we do have You have two cows, which is enough). Mikkalai 03:21, 5 Sep 2004 (UTC)
- You know, I thought this was a relisting of the You have two cows article and was predicting fireworks, but this is a duplicate of some of that material and not the same article. A jokes section of Wikibooks would be great, and this would be fine there. Transwiki. Geogre 04:08, 5 Sep 2004 (UTC)
- Add the content of the list back to where it used to be (You have two cows) and delete/redirect List of "You have two cows" jokes. For some reason the move remained uncredited. -- User:Docu
- keep A different way to categorize subjects that is way, way more intresting than the Category pages. Its usefulness as an alternative categorization scheme is even more valuable (to me) than its humor. I added two pages to my "watch" list and didn't get past the "C"s yet. KeyStroke

- It's getting kinda boring: Merge and redir. -- mz 19:29, 5 Sep 2004 (UTC)
- Pff. If it's getting kinda boring, it's only because Mikkalai took the funniest jokes out of it (before, diff, talk page.) I do agree that Wikibooks is a better place for it, though. We could soft link there from You have two cows. --Ardonik.talk() 03:15, Sep 6, 2004 (UTC)
- You are not milking your cows :-). They are long since back. Mikkalai 23:51, 8 Sep 2004 (UTC)

- Whatever else is decided, Wikibooks is not #3 A place to simply copy public domain texts; and #4 - A place for fiction texts. Wikibooks primary mission is to create open source textbooks, how-to guides, and classroom aids. This list of jokes is not in the mission plan of wikibooks. Gentgeen 22:08, 7 Sep 2004 (UTC)
- Wikisource is strictly for source texts in the public domain (i.e., it is a place to copy public-domain texts!) There's some leeway for source code but for the most part, something heavily edited and heavily updated has no place there, either. We could remove everything but the in-jokes from it and then place it in the Wikipedia namespace or a page in Meta under Meta:category:Humor, but neither option looks hopeful.
It'll be really sad to see all these jokes go. --Ardonik.talk() 23:36, Sep 7, 2004 (UTC)

- Keep Wikibooks is for writing the book together (inventing new jokes), but this seems to be a list of existing jokes. Merging it with the You have two cows article is wrong. IIRC it was intentionally separated not to annoy people who just want to read about the jokes with the long list. Paranoid 17:46, 8 Sep 2004 (UTC)
- Merge and redirect to GNAA. That'll piss two useless camps off at the same time. --Tagishsimon
