I have never seen that. However there is something like that at Leicester Square. And there are mostly actors, not musicians... Titus Atomicus

I did cut something (according to comment I made earlier)

... Moreover - that British Walk of Fame existed yet 10 years ago. Maybe earlier...

News story

See:USA Today Please don't delete material unless you are certain it refers to something non-existant.

Actually, someone currently living in London really needs to clarify this as there seem to be several competing British Walks of Fame. --Dhodges 21:25, 4 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Well, I am not a Londoner... but I used to visit London quite often. To me - it seems to be an error in the USA Today... Especially that Virgin at Piccadilly Circus is only a stone thrown from Leicester Square...

... Not only USA Today - I googled a bit and seems to be everywhere they are talking about "Legendary Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page today became the first artist to be immortalised in the British Walk of Fame". Besides The Walk of Fame at Leicester Square (around Chaplin Statue) has such names as sir John Gielgud, Pierce Brosnan, Michael Caine, Helena Bonham Carter,... and non-British - Sylvester Stallone, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Bruce Willis... and more...
