Delete: A few weeks back, we had someone who had copied and pasted from a textbook on the Irish Civil War. This looks like more of that. Therefore, it would probably be, like that, copyvio from a non-web source. Regardless of that, there is no article to be written about "Andrew O'Neill DMP" (Dublin Metropolitan Police, I'm guessing), so just delete. Geogre 22:14, 11 Dec 2004 (UTC)

Delete - apart from being a possible copyvio, it appears to refer to Constable O'Neill refusing to arrest Eamon de Valera and others for gun running in 1914. The brief research that I have done on Google and elsewhere does not suggest that Andrew O'Neill is particularly notable. Delete. I've been considering writing an article on this basic subject for a little while, but not under this title and nothing like this.
