- Vanity, and sort of a homepage extension with links to all their songs in mp3. 90 google hits for "Blood Ruby" Thomas Wall. The band "continues to work on its first full-length CD". Delete, possibly add again when famous. Also delete redirect Blood ruby and Image:Smallersplash.jpg -- Chris 73 | (New) Talk 06:59, 2 May 2004 (UTC)
- Agree, if they don't even have an album, they don't belong. When album is recorded (assuming it's not self-published and is moderately well known) we can have a page on them (obviously not this one--POV problems). Meelar 07:03, 2 May 2004 (UTC)
- Delete, the subheadings make it a clear puff piece. --bodnotbod 11:18, May 2, 2004 (UTC)
- Reads like an ad. They can try again when they have an album out. Delete -- Cyrius|✎ 15:04, May 2, 2004 (UTC)

- Delete. Looks like the article was written by the band for publicity. If they haven't even gotten their first album out, they don't deserve a page. -Frazzydee 20:56, 2 May 2004 (UTC)
- Delete: vanity, advert. They have a cool logo, though. Wile E. Heresiarch 13:52, 3 May 2004 (UTC)
- Delete. This is clearly written by a PR flack, thus it's Wikispam. Alcarillo 15:49, 3 May 2004 (UTC)
- Delete. Since when is an encyclopedia a forum for PR? They should fire their PR rep while they're at it, assuming they have one in the first place. - Lucky 6.9 18:32, 3 May 2004 (UTC)
- Delete ad. Cribcage 02:41, 8 May 2004 (UTC)
Keep, it sucks in it's current form, but should be cleaned up rather than deleted. --Ævar Arnfjörð Bjarmason 13:34, 2004 May 8 (UTC)
- I suggest this whole thread be deemed void and this vote be started again, i rewrote the whole article to a NPOV (see this diff) so the votes cast here really dont count since they all reflect a judgement on the old article, it would be a shame to delete this now. (Disclaimer: I am not involved with Blood Ruby nor have i ever listened to their music) --Ævar Arnfjörð Bjarmason 14:40, 2004 May 8 (UTC)
- In cases like these, usually we just keep the thread going and people will change their comments as they see fit. Our fine sysops implementing deletion (hi Angela! :) will consider the article changes when it's time to execute the deletion-or-keeping. - Fennec 14:50, May 8, 2004 (UTC)
- The general rule is that performers need an audience of 5,000 or more to be included. My vote stands. Deletion votes should NOT be deemed void as people can
