[edit]In this aticle it is mentioned that ustashe in WW2 wore black uniforms, but it's true that Ustasha Army wore gray uniforms. So, HOS didn't copy Ustasha's uniforms.
Only 1 battallion of Ustasha wore black uniforms and that was "Black Legion".
