Signature characters
[edit]I know The Count is considered Jerrys most popular muppet, but the way I see it, I think he has at least one signature character for each production. Take a look:
The Muppet Show: Floyd Pepper
Sesame Street: The Count
Fraggle Rock: Gobo Fraggle
And sorry bout earlier, I was spouting off too many words at once.
Matt Vogel/Count von Count
[edit]So will Matt Vogel soon be the new Count von Count since Jerry Nelson just died? -- 173.76.121.93 (talk) 21:51, 28 August 2012 (UTC)
- Only time will tell in the end, friend. --Smartie2thaMaxXx (talk) 00:58, 29 August 2012 (UTC)
- You're right. But for right now we can still hope that he does, right? -- 173.76.121.93 (talk) 14:00, 5 September 2012 (UTC)
The grammar under "Later Life" in the article doesn't make any sense, but I don't know what is intended so I'm not sure how to change it. It says someone is doing something with Nelson, even after Nelson has passed away. 71.34.249.210 (talk) 19:49, 14 April 2013 (UTC)
Notability
[edit]I am confused by the insertion of a question of notability to this biography. As per WP:BIO, this actor "[...]has had significant roles in multiple notable films, television shows, stage performances, or other productions," appearing in more than a dozen major motion pictures as well as a nationally syndicated television series.
I have removed the tag; if you disagree with this, please list your concerns about the notability on this Talk page. -- Metahacker (talk) 15:27, 26 December 2012 (UTC)

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease/Empysyma
[edit]So the link for emphasyma takes you to the entry on Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. From what I read they appear to be the same thing, but the’re listed in the bio as two different diseases. I considered deleting one of the two terms myself, but, as I am not a doctor, I’m not 100% sure, and didn’t feel comfortable doing that. It’d be great if an actual physician would review that section and delete one of the terms if appropriate.
I’d also like to add that I was a huge fan of Mr. Nelson’s work and am very saddened to learn that he suffered so much. May he Rest In Peace.
