Wikipedia talk:Requests for arbitration/Wik2/Decided

On May 23, Wik went on a vandalism spree, even though he had been banned for 7 days beginning with May 20. First using the account of User:(Wik), then a variety of anonymous IDs, he first began making edits to his own Talk page, then to the Request for Comments page, and then, when he was blocked from editing and his Talk page protected because he was not allowed to make edits, he began vandalizing my Talk page. I unblocked him and reverted his block to 7 days beginning on May 23 because he has not lived up to the requirements of his blocking. RickK 03:03, 24 May 2004 (UTC)

If you haven't noticed, I quit. You might as well turn the week's ban into a permanent one - I don't intend to edit any more articles. However, the least I can ask is that my talk page is protected from vandalism. And if this is not done (i.e. if the page is not permanently protected on my last version) I am forced to give you the same treatment. See how you like your talk pages being vandalized. Wik

If you quit, why are you still editing? And no, you do NOT have the right to edit your own Talk page when you've been blocked for 7 days. And in case you haven't noticed, your page has been blocked so that it CAN'T be vandalized. Maybe a nice note to your ISP about your vandalism might get your attention. I'm only trying to ensure my talk page isn't vandalized, then I'm gone. And it is now protected on a version that contains vandalism. Revert it to my version, and things are fine. Wik
